Saturday and the sickies

OK, I'm on the road to recovery (rethinking extraction on Wednesday until I'm really feeling good and not right before a four-day weekend with the kids), and I now have one all night hacker who is 6 and someone with a sick stomach who is 12. My relief and respite might only be to care those sicker than I.

We spent money yesterday. Two pairs of shoes for boys were $32 at Payless Shoe Source. I fretted about not having a coupon or a bogo sale going on, but in the end it was fine. DD went to a party last night and we needed a gift. Aeropostale had a $12 hoodie sale and we got four items for $51. One hoodie was a gift, one shirt/sweater was for picture day, and the girls' present hoodies can easily be replaced. Not bad on money spent.

    It's so hard having any illness in the house - it just seems to rotate through the ranks - let alone, Mom not fully functional....best wishes for some good health your way!

    Ugh. Having sick kids is the worst. Not feeling well yourself is bad enough! Hope all is well soon! And I would just get that tooth taken care of, you'll feel better getting it done. Smile
